The Festive Season
Once again it's the time of year for the retailers to moan about how bad sales are. A word of advice:
- Price your products fairly, this means
- Don't assume your customer are idiots and add on a whacking huge margin for yourself.
- Don't perpetuate rip-off Britain. We know what they charge in other countries.
- Provide some level of service, this means
- Don't employ a minimum number of floorwalkers, insufficient to serve your customers.
- Train them in the products they are selling for a change rather than have them refer to the instructions or some other member of staff who is already busy.
